TERMS OF SERVICE
When you commission me or buy any of my art, you are automatically agreeing to the following conditions. If your requests don't follow these conditions, I have the right to deny them.

BOUNDARIES
When contacting me, please say more than "hi, hey or hello." Get straight to the point, I'll be more likely to reply sooner.
Please try and keep commissions strictly business. Don't contact me just to be friends. I don't like forced friendships nor enjoy small talk. This applies to personal info, random flirting, roleplaying and more.
I ask that you kindly respect my boundaries and understand that even if I don't reply to your message (or reply slowly), it's nothing personal. I am not social by nature and sometimes it's hard for me to social online or simply no time.
Commissions
1. Full payment upfront via Paypal
1.1. Payment plans available for prices more than 100 USD. In event of this, I'll start drawing when I receive first half of the payment. You'll only receive the finished piece once second payment is made. The first installment must be at least 50% if the whole sum.2. Reference sheet
To commission one you'll need a ref of the character you want drawn. It should contain important details of the character's design.
2.1: Any information received will be taken into account so it is best to provide key/important about a character before I start.
2.2: Drawing from description is only available for customs.3. Preferences
You need to explain all your ideas and preferences prior to starting, because the price of the final piece highly depends on your preferences. Once payment is received, you will no longer be allowed to request changes to the pose/bg/colors/ etc.
3.1 If you do not have any preferences & you give full artistic freedom- I am free to draw anything that I feel suitable for your character. In this case, I can refuse to change anything.
3.2: I can't draw several sketches for you to choose from. I draw one sketch for one commission.4. Edits & process
You may ask for WIPs and then you can ask for minor changes on the sketching stage and color if mistakes were made.
4.1: If you forget any details that you absolutely need added, I can for extra payment ($5 or more), however, it must not require a lot of resketching/ relining/ recoloring/ reshading. If it requires a lot of redrawing, I can refuse to do it.5. Deadlines
I always strive to get a drawing done as soon as I can, however, I also want it to be done right. I do work full time and have other responsibilities so some drawings take longer than others. I am always open about any delays.
5.1: If you need a drawing by a specific date, ie. birthday, anniversary or whatever, please give plenty of notice ahead of time. Not earlier than a month.6. Refunds

My work cannot be used for commercial purposes.
7.1: You may use them for non-commercial use only (avatar/icon, upload to toyhouse or your gallery (with credit), print for yourself/ friends/family/ etc for free only)
7.2: YOU CAN'T: use the commission for commerical use, edit, redraw the commission (yourself or someone else).
7.3: I don't draw pics for your personal use. All the requests to not post the commission anywhere will be denied.
7.4: My art commission or not is not free to use for everyone. Only commissioners have the right to use their commissioned piece as stated above.
Custom Designs
1. Full payment upfront. Sketching only starts after receiving payment.
2. I will show wips at least twice: sketching complete and coloring is completed. You can ask for changes twice: When I show you sketches (for changes in sketch) and when I show you the colored ref (changes allowed for colors/ markings).
3. Please figure out the details prior to me starting the drawing. Any refs, photos, color palettes are appreciated.
4. If you absolutely need something changed after lining is done, there will be an extra 5-10 USD charge for each new change.
5. After finishing the custom, I will give you the ref sheet with text and without. If you want a version without BG, feel free to ask. I do not give out the original file (CSP, Procreate, etc).
6. You have all the right for the final design of the character.
6.1: you are allowed to edit text, move info and swap parts of the ref sheet. If you have the transparent version, you may add your own bg.
6.2: You are now allowed to edit/ redraw the character on the reference sheet or remove my watermark. If there are a lot of changes, better ask for a new ref sheet.
